Bookoid(“Application”) is developed by Saurabh Thorat as an ad-supported app. This Application is provided by Saurabh Thorat at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Bookoid uses Firebase Authentication to store user details provided by the user. For more information, see the Firebase Privacy Policy

Bookoid uses certain permissions to deliver better services. These permissions include:

• ‘INTERNET’ - This permission is required to fetch books from the Internet.

• ‘WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE’ - This permission is required for saving book covers on your phone’s storage.

• ‘CAMERA’ - This permission is required to scan barcode from books to check book’s information.

Log Data

To provide better services, Log Data is collected. This Log Data may include information such as your Internet Protocol(“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, configuration of the app when utilizing my service, the time and date of your use of the Application, and other statistics.

Bookoid uses the following third party service which collects information:

• Firebase Analytics

  Firebase is an analytics service provided by Google. Bookoid uses this service to understand how users interact with the Application. For example, which screens are popular, how long users spend in the app, etc.

Advertising

This Application uses AdMob for displaying advertisemenets to users. AdMob is an advertising service provided by Google. Personal data collected by AdMob includes cookies and usage data.
